Warren is married to Sandy Barham Nesbit and the couple is celebrating their forty-fourth wedding anniversary. They have two grown children, Radd Nesbit of Roanoke, VA, and Shayna Nesbit Lowery (Logan) of Locust Grove. They are proud of their two grandchildren, Lacey, 6 yrs old and Lilly Lowery, 7 months.
Warren is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill with a BS degree in Business. He is currently Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary with McDonough headquartered Encompass Group LLC, a leading healthcare products manufacturer. Following a Forty-five year business career Warren is set to retire fully on January 1, 2020. His wife Sandy is a retired Interior Designer.
He is active in the McDonough Presbyterian Church where is has served as an Elder and is currently serving on the Stewardship and Finance Committees. Originally from NC, the Nesbit’s have lived in Locust Grove, GA since 2004 after relocating here due to a job change. Warren follows UNC athletics particularly basketball, and is a huge Atlanta Braves fan. He enjoys reading, golf, exercise, and travel. Most importantly….his family and faith are his daily drivers.
Prevent Child Abuse Henry County is a motivating charity for him due to his love of children and he is excited about this year’s Dancing with the Stars HC (DWTS) event to raise money and awareness for this effort. He encourages all his friends to help support him by coming out for the event on February 29th at the Locust Grove Event Center.
