Holly Campbell currently serves as a Customer Service Manager at Georgia Power Company. In this role, Holly is responsible for leading Sales and Service teams comprised of customer service consultants located in the CCC, home and remote sites. These teams respond to residential inbound calls, while providing high quality customer service and targeted programs and services consultation that will enhance the customer experience.
Holly joined Georgia Power in 1985 and has held a variety of roles across Georgia Power and Southern Company Services. These roles include Organizational Effectiveness Analyst, HR Business Consultant, Assistant to HR SVP, HR Manager, Sales Operations Manager, Customer Field Services Manager, Revenue Protection Manager, Customer Satisfaction Manager and Customer Service Manager.
Holly holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from Mercer University and a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from Clayton State College. Holly is a graduate of Leadership Henry and served as the Leadership Henry Chair over two terms. She is currently serving on the Speedway Children’s Charity board as Treasurer, Lake Spivey Civic Association as President and is a Citizen’s of Georgia Power member.
She resides in Henry County with her husband Greg and their son Cole.
